Honestly I’m sure they are probably wonderful for your health but I can’t get past the taste. I’ve tried (3) hoping it would grow on me but unfortunately I dislike 👎 the flavors enough to discontinue use. I wish I could get my money back. Sorry, I hate having to give an unpleasant review especially bc I did my homework prior to ordering & really feel they are a good product. The taste just didn’t work for me.
